In the real world many equine practices do not enter invoices the same day
the services are performed. In many instances hand written field tickets are
delivered to a bookkeeper in batches for data input. The bookkeeper deciphers
and enters the tickets and statements are mailed on a monthly basis. Our
invoicing system was designed for efficiency enabling the user quick and
accurate data entry and the flexibility to correct entry errors and re-print
invoices and statements at any time. Advantage Equine also allows the
user to back date invoices to reflect the date of service vs. the date of
data entry. Invoices and statements are attractive and easy to read.
