We download Antech lab results into the appropriate medical records daily. Computerized medical records has solved our "misplaced folder" problems we use to have. We export first reminders to Healthy Pet each month as well as print our own 2nd reminder cards monthly.
The Practice Analyzer and other reports help me to track how the practice is doing and how to take best advantage of vendor specials when purchasing supplies. We have always enjoyed the friendly, helpful staff and good service at Vetech!
