Premium Support
Our customers are very important to us and we strive to provide the highest quality customer service in the industry. Technical support is provided by VETECH staff members who are directly involved with the customers and software development and includes unlimited calls to our toll-free number, on-line support, unlimited one-on-one or group telephone training, software upgrades and monthly newsletters. Premium support is free for 6 months after purchasing Advantage. Our low fees are billed on a monthly or yearly basis should you choose to continue after the initial six-month period. We also offer onsite staff training and hardware installations at your request.

Data Conversions
VETECH offers an excellent alternative to re-entering clients, patients and reminders and history by converting the data from your existing system when you purchase our Advantage practice management system. Data conversions help put your staff at ease by simplifying the transition between systems.To ensure a smooth transition we perform conversions in two steps; a trial conversion and a final conversion.
